-- Hi Softball. I started seasonale about 5 months ago. During the first three month period I had some spotting but I read that it was a normal thing to have for the first three months. I also had a few days of pain but it wasn't nearly as bad as having pain every few weeks. I'm now on my second three month package and so far things have been great. I haven't had anymore bleeding in between and the pain is pretty much gone during this time. I don't have to revolve my life around my period anymore, now that I only have one 4 times a year. I would definitely recommend trying it. I hope it works as well for you as it has for me. For me three months is a long time to go between periods of extreme pain and I'm enjoying life for the first time in 18 years. Good luck. Linda
