-- to Senja I too have severe pain when my bladder is full, usually it only is at night as I can visit the loo as required during the day. Although the pain eases a bit afterwards it won't go unless I take some painkillers. My pains are like a very bad ache which can spread all around my pelvis @ up my back. For five years I thought I had a bad back!
