i have the same pain. i too thought it was a cyst. but my pelvic exam was normal also. although the doc did find the tenderness, he couldn't figure out what was wrong. i'm supposed to go back in a few weeks to see what is going on. i'll update when i know more. the good news is it isn't a cyst. but i don't know what the heck it is. i would think if it's adhesions, then maybe doc would have been able to tell, like maybe the ovary wouldn't have been mobile or something. i really don't know. but the pain is gradually getting worse.

so you're not alone. but i have no idea what it is either. like i said, when i see my doc again next in a few weeks, i'll pick his brain about it.
