I'm sure you have heard this before, but I have to say it again. Birth control pills alone can cause all kinds of problems, including death from blood clots. Taking them continuously increases this risk, but for some, like myself, there is no other option. Adding smoking on top of an already dangerous situation is just stupid. You are almost assured of a blood clot that could end your life completely. Is smoking really worth all that!!!???
