new pelvic pain sufferer From: tiffi (anonymous@obgyn.net) Wed Jan 28 20:01:12 2004 Messages sorted by: [ date ][ thread ][ subject ][ author ] Next message: Jennifer: "CBCP's and Smoking" Previous message: Darlene: "Ovarian pain without cyst" i have been to my ob-gyn for the past couple of weeks with awful pelvic pain and after running every "simple" test known to man now she has decided she thinks it's endo. i am going back in about two weeks to have a lap done to verify. my aunt and my grandmother had severe cases of endo and had hysterectomy at 25 and 19. i am now 25, and of course am concerned. my ob-gyn seems confidant in birth control pills to help this if it is endo but from what i've heard this "treatment" doesn't seem to work very well. i was just wondering how much it could slow down the progress. thanks for your help.
