Hi Lisa,

I went to the ortho doctor on Monday and he said I had quite a big break on my foot. He said that the break was most likely due to me being on Lupron and it could have, but he said most unlikely, that it was from exercising. I was thinking, "oh great". Well, he put me in a walking removable cast and also has me on crutches for four weeks, which really sucks. He also told me to start taking 1500 of calcium (recommended Oscal) and 400 of Vitamin D. I am just very depressed now because now I won't be able to exercise and having Polycystic Ovary Syndrome too, it is also hard to lose weight and of course, Lupron makes you gain weight. I am very discouraged right now. Am I ever going to get better? I wish my endocrinologist would have told me to take calcium while being on Lupron! Thanks for your support, Becky (you can also e-mail me at bockwald@wmconnect.com).
