-- Hi Noelle. I am currently on seasonale and so far it has been the only thing that has worked for me. I was also on zoladex about 6 yrs ago but it did nothing. On seasonale I don't have nearly as much pain. It took the first three months for my body to adjust but since then no spotting or really bad pains in between periods. I have never had any bad reactions to bcps though, nothing like the mood swings you described. I usually only got those when having my period. So I can't say as to whether you will have the same reaction to seasonale. The best thing you could probably do before starting any treatment is to get a second opinion, if possible. I found that I had to search a long time before I found a dr who was willing to listen to me and try different treatments. And just so you know, pregnancy is not a cure. Some drs are so backwards when it comes to this. Good luck. Linda
