i am 7 weeks pregnant and have been spotting for 3 days and went to er and they dx it with threatned miscarriage. No cramping had vaginal ultrasound and they said baby hr was 135 and looked good. My question is could this be a miscarriage or a fluke. I am so scared it is my first baby and i am trying to stay positive. I don't understand what I did wrong pleeze help info advice anything.
