I barely had a period after the first pack but 2 days before Thanksgiving I started and went for 19 days. Now I am completely thrown off. I am starting in the middle of the pack and back to my long heavy periods. I have pain in my back by my tailbone and in my lower pelvic area. The BC pills have not helped this yet either. I was diognosed with a large uterus (14 week), fibroids with ultrasound & D & C. Also have hormone inbalance and polyps. My question is could my pain be caused more by my enlarged uterus with fibroids instead of endo? I figured the BC pills would have helped the pain if it was endo.
