I had a lap done in feb 2000, and found stage one endo... granted I had EXTREME pain and there were only a few specks found on my ovaries. I had a lap done in october 2003, she stated she found nothing, but she beleives it lies deeper than what she could see??? does this make any sense, extreme pain and she found nothing, she put me on nuvaring, and I am virtually pain free (with the exception of my kidney stones.) how can it be "deeper than she could see"?? does any one else have an explanation for this??? also does nuvaring stop endo form growing, or does it actually shrink it??? pain free after two months on it...
