No relief from Lap -- any insights?

I had a lap at the beginning of Oct. The doctor has told me he removed all the endo & adhesions. I started my 3rd period post lap about 4am this morning -- the pain is severe, nearly as bad as before the lap and the first few hours before pills kicked in were bad. I take stronger meds now so if you account for that, then the pain is roughly the same level. Adhesion pain is gone. Remains: tightness/pain across the pelvic area when I stand up /lay straight. The pain feels much like endo pain, slightly different. Cutting across the lower abdomen, throbbing around ovaries, center, squeezing in center of pelvis. Before more of a stabbing pain and razors, now it is like the knife is stuck in 2 or 3 places. I am on percocet and oxycontin now -- I used to take vicoprofen. This period is worse than the other two and only 3 cycles since I tried and failed at bcps for ~6week in total.

So it feels like it is still endo. I am told the endo is all gone. He is a specialist. And he was thorough --. I am really confused -- because something continues to be wrong and this morning the pain with my bleeding made me think it had to be the endo. Can endo be in the lining of the uterus and not detected during a lap? Can endo be missed? My uterus appears normal in size, a 2cm cyst noticed 2 weeks ago on the left ovary disappeared by last Tuesday, and the lining has thicked -- ie for my period now.

The systemic issues remain -- . I was told I was just a slow recovery because of post op complications, and EBV. Then it seemed to be nerve pain. And now I am trying a treatment for IC since I had bladder issues flare again about 2.5 weeks ago and he still suspects that I have IC though it was not confirmed during the lap. He has been a great doctor overall, though the distance makes managing the post-op & issue continuation difficult. I flew up to see him Tuesday because it isn't resolved and I still have pain daily, generally. Of course I wasn't in alot of pain that day more numb, just my bladder was really sensitive during the exam.

I also found another group of GYN specialists closer to me who reviewed my op stuff, and saw me when I was really hurting 2 weeks ago, and in that pelvic test my uterus was very tender. They also suspect IC and are pushing for Lupron.

I don't understand. This is my 2nd lap -- the first one everything went back to normal. This one, nothing has. Some things are actually worse. I can't have sex, no tampons even. Most days are filled with a dull to pulsing pelvic pain, the dizziness, headaches, nausea, extreme fatigue, occasional vomitting. I don't have my life back at all.

I have tried diet, herbs, accupuncture. I have spent the day in bed with the heating pad, passing in and out of sleep, pain attacks every few hours as pills wear off... Vomitting during PMS but none now. I know this is long but if anyone has some prior experience here, or insight I would really appreciate it. I don't know where to turn anymore and I can't accept this as a quality of life.
