There are three specialists there, one of whom is actually from Canada. Here is his bio and a link to the Center's site: http://www.centerforendo.com/personnel/sinervo.htm I live in Virginia and would have to travel as well. I think it is worth my while. A friend of mine here was treated by them and had superior results than with her local OBGYN...because of their in depth knowledge of endo and how to surgically remove it. The look at the entire abdominal cavity all the way up to your duodenum...very thorough. I have read about other specialists and knowledgeable OBGYN physicians here on this site. You can do a search based on "recommend" or "doctor" or "physician" or "specialist" and see what others have said. Hope this helps.
