Re: Uterosacral Ligaments - Endo

Thanks for all your guys' help.

About the cauterization... I believe he is planning on removing the endo he sees, as well as the ligaments, but the cauterization is a precaution against areas that look suspicious. He seems very nice and knowledgeable and I think he's done this a lot so I feel confident. Your replies helped too. He is my second opinion actually, and seems to be the best in the state. Living in Maine, I guess there's not too many people to go to for this, albeit he is an ob/gyn, but he's in surgery 50% of the time and seems extremely proficient. And the fact that he is 90% sure of what I have and the severe pain pain I received during the rectal part of the exam suggests he is. Everything seems to make sense.

I'll be sure to let you guys know how it goes. Thanks again :-)
