I have another possibility for you. Like what was already said, it might have been missed or not able to be seen. However, I had a lap last summer because I was thought to have endo and my doctor also said I was perfect. She did send me to another doctor, becuase they thought that I had a tipped uterus. This doctor that I just saw thinks I really do have endometriosis... but he thinks I have it inside the uterosacral ligaments which attach the uterus to the spine. It can't be seen during a lap, although the ligaments may look thicker. He believes this is correct because of the extreme pain incurred during a rectal exam. Do you have pain during intercourse? This might also be a possibility. Best Wishes. Shelby
