Trish- I had a laparotomy on Oct. 10 and my dissovable stitched came out through my inscision. I had no idea that I could of had an allergy to them! I ended up pulling some of them out or cutting them off. My inscision site is still very red and tender. How long before it heals? This seems like it's taking too long!! Think it could be a result of the stiches?
