usually they'll find it somewhere in your pelvic cavity. they look all over. but there are some docs out there that don't recognize the different colors of endo and only look for the powder burn look. there's clear endo even. so maybe your doc just wasn't recognizing it if there was something there.

i had nothing on my tubes or ovaries. but it was on my uterus, bladder, ligaments, in the lining of my pelvic cavity, between my vagina and rectum, at my cervix. basically, everywhere but my tubes and ovaries. at the second surgery, it was only in the lining again and on the ligaments.
