Peritoneal Lining Removal - Anyone Had This Done? My Dr. just told me she removed my peritoneal lining in order to get all of the endo out of my pelvic area, along with my uterus, ovaries & tubes, and excised endo around my stomach. I have not been able to find out any info about this, specifically, how long should I have pain & discomfort from all of this? My dr. said at 2 weeks post op I didn't need pain meds, and at 6 weeks there should be no pain at all. I do not believe this to be reasonable, & was also wondering how the peritoneal lining being removed effects all of this.
