Hi I know how u all feel i'm 20 and found out i had endo when i was 17, I have the same pains as u and when i asked my dr. y it got worse around my period and ovulation he said it's cause the Estrogen builds up around those two times and when it starts to release it makes the tissue of the endo swell and spasm and that is y u get in to so much pain. Hope this helps u all atleast a little bit best wishes.
