W,

You aren't alone. I was 18, in my first year of college, when I started to have severe pain and nausea. After a lot of debating and starting Synarel(Lupron look alike) I decided to have surgery. It was the smartest thing I have ever done. I woke up after surgery crying NOT because I was in pain, but for once I wasn't so whatever my OBGYN did inside, she stopped the pain. It's tough, but I definately found it worth it.
