i had worsening pain on lupron. my doc made me stop after the 3rd month. he did a second surgery instead and found more endo. plus he did a cystoscopy and diagnosed interstitial cystitis. some of my pain was from "sludge" in my right ureter. but some of it was also from still-active endo. doc excised everything he saw, and i've felt great since.

good luck!
