Previous message: Jennifer: "Interesting fact re Aloe Vera juice as laxative/tonic effect" In reply to: Rebecca: "Endo & Lupron side affects" i experienced worsening pain while on it. also severe depression. developed interstitial cystitis while on lupron also. bled for 7 weeks straight. had hot flashes (bearable with a chilled water bra and rx for belladonna). insomnia (belladonna helped with that too). taste disorder. weight loss. splotches on my skin. higher cholesterol. fatigue. we stopped lupron early because of the worsening pain. doc did a second lap instead. the endo had grown back in the 7 months between laps. once doc excised everything and removed the stuff, i felt better. haven't had any pain since the excision. after the first lap, the pain returned within 6 weeks. which is why i did the lupron so quickly. the only reason we decided on lupron was because my pain returned. if it hadn't returned, my doc said he wouldn't have put me on it.
