I have used Vioxx. It works a little- depends how bad your pain is and what type of pain it is. I used it for tailbone pain. For severe cramps I find that these antiinflammatories aren't nearly as good as Toradol or Anaprox DS, though these drugs are supposedly "less safe" if you use them often. Vioxx gives me diherea (as does Anaprox and Celebrex) but Bextra, a newer drug, doesn't. As you can imagine, Bextra isn't cheap either. Amanda
