Can anyone help? I have been on Aygestin for three months now to stop my period and relieve the Endo pain. I have been on it in the past and did not have problems. Now, I am having hot flashes and night sweats and I'm only 23. Is this normal for Aygestin? If I stop for a while, when would be safe to go back on to avoid this, or is it better to put up with the effects considering that my pain has been relieved quite a bit. Also, how do I get off the medicine and switch back to Mircette? I called my Dr. but he hasn't called me back yet because he's been so swamped. Meanwhile I'm going crazy. Thanks!
