Aromatase or no aromatase?

I am 27 years old and I have had endometrial symptoms for a few years and had my first major lap 2 years ago. The diagnosis was awful and the surgery took hours longer than expected--and that was just getting out what they could! I went on Lupron after the surgery for 6 months. I had the "wonderful" side affects and am not sure if the problems I am experiencing today are related to Lupron. I have horrible joint pain in my knees and hips, lower back pain--which I see many of you have too--mood swings, I also have constant bladder infection type symptoms, but no actual infection... Now the cysts are back full force and my Dr. says I must do something by Jan. 1st. My options are a 2nd surgery--which he fears won't be the last and he has mentioned possibly removing my left ovary, or treatment with the aromatase inhibitors that a Dr. Bulun has experimented with. Have any of you tried it? I can't imagine anyone really knows what the long term affects will be and I am not one to experiment with meds. I feel that surgery is the route I want to go but an not sure if it'll do more harm than good. PLEASE HELP! --joanne
