Re: bowel problems?

Jean, I've had/have terrible issues with bowel movements. After my surgery (full surgery as laproscopy was not enough to get it all) I had a little relief for a week but now the issue is back. Seems like the endo is putting pressure on the bowels....also, most pain medications are constipating so if you are taking them you need to take a supplement. I've tried Metamucil twice a day and some colace or other stool softeners daily and have found a life a little easier....and by natural means. I am so tired of taking medications these days.
