I have been checked and diagnosed with cervical cancer.I was also diagnosed with HPV although I have a strand which does not produce warts. I have had surgery and am considered cured..now for the CC. As long as you have regular Pap's and have early detection then things should go ok. The colposcopy is painless(like a pap test) and the good news is that if you do have abnormal cells, it can be taken care of...CC is not very aggressive and takes along time to progress. Hope this helps, A> >>Dear Jean,
