Nausea/sick feeling after bowel movements.

I have stage 4 endo with adhesions and 3 laps. Prior to all my laps I notice I get a sick feeling/nausea after I have a bm. It usually lasts for at least couple of hours after the actual 'event'. I thought it was intestinal adhesions but I only had them removed once..however every time I have had endo adhesions (attatched to pelvic wall..looks like a rubber band) removed from the ovary (along with the endo on the ovary as well) I get relief for at least 6 months. Now its back again..6 months post lap. I have posted this before but with no results. Please let me know if there are others out there. This isn't pain either it's just a 'gross' feeling I have in my lower abdomen that I can't get relief from for hours.
