HI I HAVE BEEN ON THE PATCH FOR THREE MONTHS AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE ENJOYED THE CONVENIENCE OF NOT HAVING TO REMEBER TO TAKE THE PILL EVERYDAY...I HAVE GAINED 10 POUNDS + I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE WEEK THAT I DONT WEAR THE PATCH I LOSE ATLEAST 3-5 LBS WITHIN THREE DAYS.
