cauterizing pelvic nerves, need info from post procedure!

Hello, I am 33 and have had endo for years. I am very fortunate to have 2 great children, one is 14 and the other is 10. I will not be having anymore children wich makes things a lot easier as far as treatments are concerned. I have a bad reaction to birth control(tried all kinds). My doc thinks I am allergic to them. He has suggested that I try depo-lupron or have another surgery to cauterize my pelvic nerves. I have had 2 laps already, but by my regular OB. The new doc is a specialst and says he will remove all the endo layer by layer and then do the nerve thing. I t sounds to me that this type of sugery will be more beneficial in my case but I want to know if anyone out there has had this done. And how they feel about the procedure now. I am very nervouse about the depo-lupron treatments as i have read so many bad things about it. Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated. My prayers are with you all, LisaK
