Hi Rachel,

I'm sorry to hear that you are in so much pain, man do I know all about bowel pain, constipation and bloating. That "stacking bricks" feeling in your back is just unreal eh? From my experience, whenever I have that feeling it means that I am blocked up, and I go and do an enema just to get everything flowing nicely again, also the day that I do the enema, I only consume fruit juices and water to make sure that everything that is in there is going to get out. It really does help to take away a little bit of the pressure. Another thing to consider as to the cause could be your digestive tract. Constipation is the main sign that you are not digesting your food as well as possible. I found that when i started to take Digestive Enzymes with my meal (Udo's Choice is a good brand), I became much more regular and it didn't hurt quite as bad as usual. Once your digestive tract is back to functioning regularly, you can eat some raw veggies to help keep it going smoothly.

I really hope that you have a support system in place, or at least feel comfortable enough to vent out your problems to us or others. It can maek the world of diference to know that you are not alone in this battle and that there are other women in similar boats. If you ever need to vent or talk, please feel free to e-mail me: melissaralston@sympatico.ca

Take care, Melissa
