Re: ENDO an autoimmune disease?

Hi replying mostly b/c somehow I also have the epstein barr, with the endo & adhesions -- and the draining fatigue at moments. And my recovery is so slow -- we are hoping for 8 weeks at this point. My immune system seems really absent and managed to relapse in week 2 with bronchitis & asthma. Also somehow had several post-op issues -- my whole system just seems really weak. Something my doctor has encouraged and I did before the surgery b/c I was so sick, is macrobiotics. Takes some discipline but does seem to deliver some results. Have you found anything else that helps? I am doing all the supplements, etc. Any other ideas? Are you also suffering a serious loss of appetite? I just want more energy and me back. And I have to beleive that the endo wore my system down to the epstein barr stuff -- I used to be very healthy, capable, energetic, athletic. Yes, I paid some attention to what I ate but now it is something I am so aware of. Any thoughts on how to get back to that more quickly? Reassurance that I will.
