Re: Lower Bowel Pain suggestion

Hi, I thought I would throw my 2 cents in. I just had endo & adhesions removed from my bowel -- and yes, the pain can be unreal. Amazing the things we begin to try to live around. Suggestions: I am now taking stool softeners daily, along with magnesium supplements. This combination seems to help most. I did try dramatically altering my diet, but that alone was not enough. I still have some of the general cramping/pain issues on occasion but much less severe. Also find eating moderate amounts helps but then it just seems to collect down there so not sure that really makes any difference. Sorry it can be such an ordeal. best, Jennifer At Thu, 30 Oct 2003, Amy wrote: >
