I have had that same thing happen to me! Mine tends to hit aroud ovulation to start of period. I have diarreha all through my period, but those pains. Mine hit when I am in a sitting position and you are right, you just hold your breath and pray it goes away quickly.

I am fairly new to this forum and I am so amazed that I am not alone. That all of these wierd and hurtful things are not my own personal hell to live with. I am sorry that you have pain, but in a way it is good to know that I am not alone anymore.
