Hi Melissa

Thanks for that. I have just picked up some pills from my natropath (excuse the spelling). One of them is a bottle of pain herbs, with ginger, corydalis, and bupleurium. The other are Withania compound they are to help the nerves. On top of that i take vitamin c, calcium, flax oil tablets and a bach remedy to help with the emotions that are always running up and down. I have tried Dimetrose for 6mths, the Mirena IUD (it only lasted 18mths), Have tried Depoprovera, Provera, Femodene 28, and Loette. Am currantly on 20mg of Provera, and having no periods. I don't know where you are from but i am in New Zealand and maybe we don't have the same drugs as you do. I starting Accupuncture on Monday, and am waiting on a call from the pain team in regards to my appointment. But meanwhile trying not to stress, and keep up the whole lifestyle thing, you know. Good diet, gentle exercise, supposdly no stress and of course work 45 hrs a week without over doing things. am off to have a bath to see if it helps the currant pain. take care JO
