I believe one of the etiologies that have suspected for Endo is an autoimmune disorder...they are currently doing research in this area, they must suspect this for some reason....I have serious autoimmune disorders that run in my family, and while I haven't showed any symptoms I am experiencing endo pain and am VERY tired all of the time.
