Michele, The ortho evra patch could very well be causing your nausea and headaches. I would ask the doctor, maybe he could suggest another form of treatment. The fatigue is likely caused by the extensive bleeding, try taking a multi-vit with iron. Maybe your doctor wants to do an ultrasound while you are menstruating so he can see if your uterus is swollen or enlarged? I hate it that doctors never tell you WHY they are doing what they are doing, and they always act annoyed if you ask...But, as long as your doctor is actively trying to find the cause of your pain and other symptoms, he is doing his job. Good luck with your next visit, let us know how it turns out...and don't give up until someone gives you an answer as to why you are hurting. God Bless, Jules
