It is common to have pain from endo in different places, especially knees and legs. This does not mean that there is endo growing there, however. The pain is referred to your legs by nerve pathways, while the endo is almost certainly in your pelvic region. I hope you get reflief from some prescription pills or something! Good luck, Liss
