Post Lap Pain - Any help & wisdom greatly appreciated

I just had my first Lap for endo (that was a combination procedure - septoplasty ontop of the Laparscopy work - I do not reccomend doing two at the same time to answer my own post a week ago)I had it last Thursday - my uterus was attached to my intestines with adhesions, and I had a fibrod removed, as well as lots of endo leisions zapped. (I have pictures - i feel very vindicated after all these years of complaining to deaf ears!)

Anyway - the shoulder pain has been the worst, but last night and today, for some weird reason - it feels like it moved to my left leg - upper thigh. It is excruiating. Feels just like the shoulder pains - just moved... does this sound familar at all? Can the gas move from the torso to the legs? Anyone else had this happen?

Any words of wisdom greatly appreciated.

Thank you -
