Reply: Amy: "Re: Lo Ovral Side effects experience?" I recently asked my Dr to switch me to Lo Ovral (which I'd taken years ago pretty successfully) from Yasmin. The yasmin made me a bit unstable (paranoia, depression), but I did enjoy the increase in breast size! Anyway, I cant really remember how the Lo Ovral affected me and I was looking for any feedback. I need a low dose BC or I will have to be on antidepressants as well! Also, my main concerns are the severe moodiness and decrease in libido (as experienced with Yasmin). I also experienced acne with the Yasmin. I dont recall acne when previously on the LoOvral, nor do I remember weight gain. I just want to find the right pill for me!!! The Yasmin really did a number on me and I had such hope for it. I suppose the lower dose will do some good. Any input?
