Hey Chris,
I think that is really interesting about the vegetable oil containing
soy. I have been having severe night sweats lately, though I haven't
had a panic attact in years, thank goodness. I am going to try to
eliminate soy from my diet, though I am not sure if I eat a lot of soy.
Do you know of any other foods to stay away from? Thanks for putting
your info out here, I really appreciate it.
