jenn, You are not alone, I have the sharp shooting pains as well. However, my pain goes all the way to my ankles sometimes and always to my knees, it doesn't stop in my pelvis. If I were you, I would have a lap done to confirm the diagnosis and have the doctor remove as much of the endo as possible. Then I would try birth control pills continuously. I would stay away from Lupron as long as possible and only use it as a last resort, only because the side effects are so aweful, like the extensive bone loss. Good luck to you in your fight! Jules
