I have Cigna HMO with out of network benefits. You will have to put about $4-5K down as a retainer for surgery. It is possible you will get some or all of this back depending on how much your insurance will pay. I am currently have a difficult time with them paying for my 2nd surgery..it was identical to last year's and they paid significantly less. You may have to battle it out with yours if need be!
