I took the fish oil supplements a few months back and it made my pain 10 times worse and I experienced a ton of break thru bleeding(I'm on continuous birth control pills). Do you have any idea what it is in fish oil that caused this? I also have severely painful BM when ever I have eaten any type of fish, especially tuna. Thanks, jules

You need to introduce a mineral supplement containing all the vital trace minerals such as Neways MAXIMOL solution. i have taken it for 4 years now, one capful each morning and it really helps me. my endo it not too severe at all and i also take fish oils, omega 3, cranberry and zinc. mineral supplements help with many endo symptoms such as bloating, mood swings, depression etc. i hope this helps you ladiesxxx
