Well its now a year later since I last wrote here and I've stopped doing
my exercieses due to not staying in my routine and I'm in extreme pain.
To answer your question Kimberly, I can't kneel without extreme pain and
walking up a lot of stairs or staying in a sitting or standing too long
hurts. The problem is that the inside muscles are not developed and my
doctor described it as being a 'train off its track'. The knee 'gets
off track' and moves and grinds. I'm sorry I can't give much more than
that for imformation. I highly suggest if you are having problems and
you haven't already then go see your doctor. Good luck
