I am 42 years old and had a laproscopy last November almost one year ago because I had classic symptoms of endo..The doctor did the eblation and I have felt really very good. The procedure was very easy for me and I felt surprisingly well the day of the surgery, although it did take about a week to fully recover. She did confirm I am completely infertile with my tubes and ovaries fused by scar tissue. I'm okay with that as I have a 13 year old beautiful daughter and am okay with no more kids.. Well after a year of pain free normal 2 day periods, I have all of a sudden had one week of non-stop medium to heavy bleeding with tons of disgusting clots. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Could it be the endo acting up again? Even before I never had a 7 day period. Thank you.. Kathy P.S. Some happy news of hope..My sister is 32 years old and was also having severe endo symptoms. She was misdiagnosed for over one year. SHe went to a different doc who did surgery in January of this year. My sis was married last October and they wanted kids right away. They found lots of endo and the doc told her if she wanted kids they better get down to business. Well in March she found out she is pregnant with twins! Everything is going great and the babies are due in December..
