I saw my period in April and it was very painful. I felt frustrated thinking that the Lupron was not worked at all, may came the same but after that I had not had feel any pain or symptoms until this month that I felt minor pain and I could control the pain with advil only. The pain was for about few hours but not really much. I hope I will continue like that. If you see that you feel pain, let see what happens then. good luck!
