Re: Done with Lurpon and ???

Sarah, When I finished my Lupron, my Doc told me it could possibly take several months before my period came back. I stopped the shots and then went right back on my birth control. I had a period a few weeks later, when I should have due to my birth control. I'm sure that going back on my pills caused my period to come back sooner than if I did not take pills. My first couple periods after the shots were much lighter than usual and only lasted a couple days instead of 4-5. I would guess that the spotting was probably due to stopping the progestrin but if you are really concerned, just call your Doc.

Hope this helps! Amy
