It is amazing! Also, staying as far away from sugar and sodas/ junk food with white flour is very important. I have had more energy and been without yeast problems ever since taking it. I use Nature's Way Primadophilus in the refridgerated section of the health food stores and some organic grocery store sections. Good luck! Eva
