Anaprox is pretty much the same thing is Naproxen, they are both anti-inflammitories. If they gave it to you for cramps then that is what its used for, but for endo pain, it will not work, you would need something alot stronger depending on how much pain you have. You would need a pain killer not an anti-inflamitory. I used to take anaprox when I was a teenage for having bad cramps before they diagnosed me with endo. It worked for me for several years, but then the pain just kept getting worse, I had a lap done and found out I had endo, since then I have to use pain killers now to get rid of the pain, plus I've had a hysterectomy as well, which did not aliviate any of my pain either. But like I said if its for cramps when you have your period it is a good drug to take, it should take your cramps away but that is honestly what it is used for.
