Dyplasia is a precancerous cervical cancer, caused by the human papilloma virus. 85% of the population has this virus and most never get dysplasia. There are thousands of endo patients who will never get dysplasia, and there are thousands of dysplasia pateints who don't have endo. If your pain continues, I would see a doctor.
